I was little busy in some other work which didn't allow me to write new post. But i took sometime as this is an important story which have a good lesson in it.

On the occasion on Diwali, me and one of my good friend were sitting on the roof top. It had been 3 years for me and 4 years for him since celebrate Diwali at home. This is the part of a Mariner's life. I was missing home and so was the other guy. How great were those childhood days, when we used to prepare crackers, sweets and lot of other stuff for this great festival. We were overwhelming with that feeling.
We were looking at the fireworks in the dark sky. It was mid night. Well this i can say that people in Mumbai don't celebrate Diwali in the way the people in Delhi do. Something somewhere was missing, may the noise of the crackers or the less illumination of Diyas. We were talking some general differences between the Diwali in both places.

We started sharing the journey of life from the last Diwali at home. How the things in life changed, how the priorities changed, and how the thinking changed . This reminded me the story of a guy i met in Delhi.
Fellas today i am gonna tell you how a person changes with the time and how he exploits his mentality just little money.
In July 2011 , i came to Delhi. I was living in Noida with my friends. All were freshers and looking for jobs. I was looking for a job in which i could get enough time to prepare for entrance tests for Master Degree. This type of job was not easy to find, but still i was trying. In fact all of us were looking any kind of job which could give us time for studies.
There was a guy living in our neighborhood. He was also looking for job. Being neighbors we started talking. After the few day we came to know that he was from software field. Being a mechanical engineer i didn't had much to discuss with him, but the other flatmates, who were from software background started sharing thoughts with him. It was fine. We started sharing news papers. He seemed to be a genuine person. Every one of us was impressed with his positive thinking. He told us that once he was placed in a company from his campus. That company took some registration fees from them but after exams when these guys went to the company's office, the company disappeared. All of them were shocked, how a company can vanish just like that? That was the question of their career. But no one could help them. so he started looking for job.
Seriously these fake companies and the bunch of crooks, who run these companies, never think about the future of the students. It was really a shameful act by that company. This is how the future of nation, and the future of the youth is spoiled in India.
Well none of the job, i was offered, could able to give me enough time to studies, So i thought to go for teaching. I was discussing this plan among with the friends, then that guy also joined me and asked me if he could also join teaching. Both of us tried, but i was lucky enough to get lecturership in a college. He was offered a job in some software company.
Eventually all other flatmates also received job offers from different companies. All of us decide to split as the job locations were very far from each other. So me and the that guy, as we were having job in the same area, became flat mates.
After few days, i asked him about his job profile. He told me , that he worked as an HR in the company. He would hire the engineers from the colleges and place them in their company after certain months of training. "What is the name of your company?" i asked him. He replied,"Its a new start up. these people are looking for projects from various big companies." I asked,"Don't you guys have projects right now?" "We have but those are small, two or three people are in the company, who are working on them." I believed him and then i told him about my job.
After a month again i asked him about the progress. He told me that they would charge some money to the students, and will provide them the training for few months, after that they would offer them the job. I was suspecting something wrong. I asked more about the projects, them he told me the company would be having few projects by next month.
I searched on the internet , but there was no such start up with that name. I visited the building where he told me the office was located, but no office was there. I was investigating this because i was little worried, whether he was a genuine person or a fake guy who could stab me in the back?
When i found nothing , i went back to him and ask him to tell me the truth. I was angry as he lied about his job and office location. He told me that he was not working with some start up, but was working with some guys, who would give training to the students. "But buddy you had told me that this was a training and placement program." "Guys only need training in starting, once we will train then we will produce them the experience letter with the name of our company, they can search job on their own. Atleast we will be earning some money and the guys will be getting their experience letter." "But there is no such company exists right?" i said. Then he said,"Who's going to check it?"
"What about the future of these students?" I asked him. Then he said,"We took money will give them training and experience letter. We are not having projects to work upon then why should we employ them?" He said. So that was the matter. This guy who was once trapped in this type of game, now was planning to play the same with the others.
"You shouldn't do it." I said him. "Who are you to tell me this? You don't tell me what should i do or i shouldn't. You mind your own business." He replied. I said" Listen dude! Once you have suffered from this type of game and now you are planning this for others, is it fair?" "I don't know, There are many other companies who are doing the same stuff and making millions of rupees, why shouldn't i? Better if you also join us. you are a mechanical engineer, and this will help us in attracting mechanical engineers also." He replied. "Shut up!You must stop this."i said, but then he replied" I won't and better if you mind your own business."
Well that was really shameful for him. The guy who was so much positive and good in nature, could have done something good, would now spoil the others future. My attempt to make him understand didn't work. So finally i moved out and took another room on rent in a building. We are not in contact, neither i want to be. But i receive few messages from him on facebook. When i checked his profile, he was still doing the same work and haven't grown much in his crooky work.
Fellas this story can very well tell you, how a guy, who was once a good human, with positive attitude and full of enthusiasm , gets spoiled for money.
Friends, there are various situations, various phases in life, there are ups, there are downs, but that doesn't mean that one should turn to corruption or forgery. We all know every night has an upcoming morning. This is Irony Of life. All we need is to just have some faith in ourselves. We all have to keep on doing the hard work in the right direction, then surely we shall achieve the great things.
Swami Vivekanada once said, "Don't go down till you're knocked down". For me it means never loose faith until you're dead. Believe in yourself, You can cheat the world, but then will you be truthful to yourself? Will you respect yourself? No! Then why to cheat people, and all of above why to cheat yourselves? To whom are you making fool by doing the bad deeds? No one , but yourselves.
I hope you have understood the lesson of this story and i sincerely hope that none of us will do something which will harm the society. We are human, looking for the betterment of the world.
